jeetvuzz — Read Before You Play

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the jeetvuzz platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional materials, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetvuzz with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — between you and jeetvuzz relating to the subject matter herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jeetvuzz platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of jeetvuzz following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Access to and use of jeetvuzz is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. jeetvuzz is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim a bonus on this platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jeetvuzz on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative for any other person when registering or using the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of jeetvuzz, or of any company that supplies games, software, or services to jeetvuzz.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform while under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any condition that materially impairs your judgment.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling via any self-exclusion mechanism, including the self-exclusion tools available on jeetvuzz itself.
• You have not previously had a jeetvuzz account closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions, and you are not attempting to circumvent a prior closure by registering a new account.

Age Verification

jeetvuzz conducts age verification as part of the standard account verification process. We may request documentary proof of age — such as a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time and at our sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 18, we will suspend that account immediately, investigate the matter, and if our suspicion is confirmed, close the account and return any deposited funds that remain (less any amounts wagered) to the payment source from which they originated.

To access the full features of jeetvuzz — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. You are permitted to hold only one account at jeetvuzz. Operating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or at different times, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances held therein.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. jeetvuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate information has been provided, regardless of whether winnings have been generated by that account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetvuzz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. jeetvuzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@jeetvuzz. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security, and we strongly encourage all players to use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetvuzz may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time at our discretion. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used is registered in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on jeetvuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept foreign currency deposits directly. All accepted payment methods are listed on the platform and include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time upon receipt of confirmed payment from your selected payment provider. The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Deposits made via bank transfer may be subject to different minimum thresholds as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. jeetvuzz does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jeetvuzz accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating payment source.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification of your account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeetvuzz aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during standard operating hours; however, processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals cannot be processed if there is an active bonus wagering requirement attached to your account balance. You must meet all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request covering bonus-derived funds will be approved. Funds that form part of a locked bonus cannot be withdrawn until those wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Anti-Money Laundering

jeetvuzz maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in immediate account closure and withholding of funds pending investigation. All transactions are monitored by automated systems designed to detect unusual activity.

jeetvuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at jeetvuzz are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.

Bonus Abuse

jeetvuzz monitors accounts for patterns of play that suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to share bonus claims. Where bonus abuse is detected, jeetvuzz reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void any winnings generated through such play, and close the accounts involved without prior notice.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• jeetvuzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and for any reason.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the ICC T20 World Cup may have additional eligibility requirements as specified at the time of the offer.

All games available on jeetvuzz — including live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers and market operators. By participating in any game or placing any bet on jeetvuzz, you agree to abide by the applicable rules for that game or market.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jeetvuzz, including all cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and ICC tournaments, are governed by the specific market rules available on the platform. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked and cannot be altered. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are governed by those providers' published game rules. jeetvuzz is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by the game provider's systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled according to the provider's standard disconnection policy.

Slots and Crash Games

All slot and crash game outcomes at jeetvuzz are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe are independently certified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

Bet Cancellation and Errors

jeetvuzz reserves the right to cancel or void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. Winnings generated from bets placed on erroneous odds or parameters will not be paid and will be voided without liability to jeetvuzz.

jeetvuzz maintains the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that engages in prohibited conduct. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on jeetvuzz at any time.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform if you are self-excluded or if your account has been previously closed for a Terms violation.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including collusion with other players to share or multiply bonus claims.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market to gain an advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jeetvuzz staff, live dealers, or other players in any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Engaging in any activity that jeetvuzz reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its player community.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions is identified or reasonably suspected, jeetvuzz may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend your account pending investigation; permanently close your account; void all bets and bonuses associated with the account; withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation; and/or report the conduct to relevant authorities where it involves suspected criminal activity.

Appeals

If your account is suspended or closed and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by contacting our support team at support@jeetvuzz. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and you will be notified of the outcome in writing. jeetvuzz's decision on any appeal is final.

jeetvuzz is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed within a player's personal financial means and time budget — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. As part of this commitment, every registered jeetvuzz account has access to a set of responsible gaming tools that can be activated at any time through the account settings area.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a chosen duration of continuous play to help you keep track of the time you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your ability to log in and wager for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. Cooling-off periods activate immediately upon request.
